An automated, continuous-loop vacuum bioreactor ("Smart Bioreactor") designed to maintain a living yeast culture indefinitely. It uses an ESP-32 controller to precisely manage temperature (30°C) and vacuum pressure to harvest ethanol without heat-stressing the biological culture. The project is currently in the research phase.
