To ensure the law is objective, all reproductive legislation is stripped of gendered terms.
- The Gestating Party: The individual physically hosting a pregnancy. They possess Absolute Bodily Sovereignty. The state cannot compel medical intervention or restriction on their person.
- The Non-Gestating Party: The individual whose genetic material contributed to the pregnancy. They possess Financial Sovereignty.
- The Symmetric Exit: The Non-Gestating Party has a legal window to "Denounce Fatherhood/Parenthood." This window closes one week before the date on which a non-medical abortion is no longer legally available (as determined case-by-case by the physician).
- Effect: A denouncement permanently vacates all rights (custody/visitation) and all obligations (support). Although it is ideal for both parents to raise the child, the reality does not align with that perspective so the state needs to intervene by assisting the mother if the father renounces fatherhood. The state is not there to coerce either party.
Because medical technology evolves, the "no return" date is not a legal trap.
- Trigger: If a late-term discovery (e.g., genetic abnormality) is made after the denouncement window, the "Moral Stake" is paused.
- Re-evaluation: Both parties are given 72 hours to reaffirm their choices with physician guidance. This ensures decisions are based on the latest biological data, not bureaucratic deadlines.
If a protester wants to protest an abortion. They need to be registered. Registered protesters would pay into a fund. The fund would be used to supplement mothers that do not want to have an abortion but are unable or don't want to have a child. This way the child is taken care for.

Principle: The State as a Gender-Blind Arbiter
The government has no rational interest in the gender of a citizen for the purpose of rights, taxes, or licensing.
- The Audit: All federal and state laws are rewritten to replace He/She/Mother/Father with "The Citizen," "The Party," "The Gestating/Non-Gestating Party," and "Parental Units."
- Universal Coverage: This protects all individuals (Cisgender, Non-Binary, Transgender) by default. The law no longer "sees" gender identity, only Legal Role and Functional Vulnerability.

- ID Reform: "Sex/Gender" fields are removed from all non-medical government IDs (Passports, Licenses).
- The Benefit: Reduces identity-based harassment and simplifies administrative data by focusing on Action rather than Attribute.
