- When adding a new component:
- Add it to
bom.md and recalculate the budget.
- Document the integration in
specifications.md or wiring-schedule.md.
- Mark as required in
project-checklist.md.
- When revising floor plans:
- Ensure changes do not violate thermal or electrical constraints.
- Update diagrams or related documentation to reflect the new layout.
- NEVER recommend components without verifying their power draw against the off-grid energy budget.
- NEVER compromise on thermal and acoustic insulation guidelines.
