- When updating phases:

- When writing operational manuals:
- Add the new manual entry to
operational-manuals-index.md.
- Integrate with the apprenticeship model and contingency drills for knowledge transfer.
- NEVER ignore the interconnected nature of the systems (e.g., recommending increased power usage without verifying PVT array and battery bank capacity).
- NEVER alter the core social contract (4 hours of work for basic necessities) without explicit authorization.
- NEVER disregard the building science standards (e.g., proposing traditional HVAC instead of VHRS or stick-framed walls instead of stabilized earth).
